Total Income+ Real Estate Fund Declares First Quarter Distribution, Surpasses $70MM AUM

Bluerock’s Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (“Fund,” ticker: TIPRX) announced today it paid a first quarter distribution of $.37 per share, or 1.31% for the quarter based on the share price of $28.07 for shareholders of record as of March 27, 2014. This distribution also represents a 183% increase over 2013’s Q1 dividend.

“The underlying real estate assets in which our capital is invested continued to perform very solidly,” said Ramin Kamfar, Bluerock’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our active management of the Fund – allocating with a variety of top-tier investment managers, who are in turn diversified by strategy and sector – seeks to sustain that trend.”

As of the end of April 2014, the Fund’s assets under management exceeded $70 million and included new investments in private equity real estate managed by Morgan Stanley and AEW.

The Fund began trading on October 22, 2012 and closed the quarter as of March 31, 2013, with an inception-to-date, annualized total return of 11.20% (Class A shares, excluding sales load). The Fund closed the quarter as of March 31, 2013, with an inception-to-date, annualized total return of 6.70% (Class A shares, with load). The Fund’s one-year, annualized total return as of March 31, 2013 was 12.02% (Class A shares, excluding sales load) and 5.57% (Class A shares, with load).

The maximum sales charge for Class A is 5.75%.

The Total Income+ Real Estate Fund invests the majority of its assets in institutional private equity real estate securities that generally were available only to institutional investors capable of meeting the multi-million dollar minimum investment criteria.
