Total Income + Real Estate Fund Pays Third Quarter Distribution of $0.37 per Share, an Increase of 62% over 2013 Q3 Dividend
Bluerock’s Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (“Fund or TI+,” tickers: TIPRX, TIPPX, TIPWX) announced today it has paid a third quarter distribution of $.3700 per share, or 1.31% for the quarter based on the share price of $28.19 for shareholders of record as of September 26, 2014 (A-shares). This distribution also represents a 62% increase over 2013’s Q3 dividend.
“TI+ continues to deliver against its mandate of current income and total return, with low volatility and correlation. With TI+ individual investors are now able to invest in institutional private equity real estate (iPERE), an asset class that has historically provided investors equity-like returns with the lower volatility of fixed income, and has historically improved the risk/return profile of diversified portfolios,” said Ramin Kamfar, Bluerock’s Chief Executive Officer.
As of October 2014, the Fund’s assets under management exceeded $100 million. New investments for the Fund include MEPT Edgemoor and the Prologis Targeted U.S. Logistics Fund, both institutional private equity real estate holdings.
The Fund began trading on October 22, 2012 and closed the quarter as of September 30, 2014, with an inception-to-date, annualized total return of 9.88% (Class A shares, excluding sales load) and an inception-to-date, annualized total return of 6.56% (Class A shares, with load). The Fund’s one-year, annualized total return as of September 30, 2014 was 7.67% (Class A shares, excluding sales load) and 1.49% (Class A shares, with load).
The maximum sales charge for Class A shares is 5.75%.

The Total Income+ Real Estate Fund invests the majority of its assets in institutional private equity real estate securities that generally were available only to institutional investors capable of meeting the multi-million dollar minimum investment criteria.
